Megan Lapp got her BA with a double-major in Art and Music from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, and hasn't stopped creating since. Her current work spans many artistic media, including crochet, sculpture, painting, and various fiber arts. She works daily in her studio. Megan lives with her husband, 7 year old son, and 5 year old daughter in Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Megan enjoys singing, playing piano, and doing all the voices when reading to her kids.

Megan won the Makezine.com Me, My Scarf and I Singer Contest in 2009 for an original scarf design. Her handmade plushes were a reward for the Kickstarter for Epyllion, A Dragon Epic, in 2015. She was a runner-up in the worldwide Amigurumipatterns.net design contest in 2017 for her Original Dragon Pattern design. Megan has been publishing original patterns on Etsy and Ravelry since 2017.
